How does the delivery work?

Step 1: Placing an Order

It all starts with placing an order on our Florazon website or through other available means of communication. Choose a floral arrangement that suits your preferences and occasion. Provide necessary information about the recipient so that we can accurately deliver your order.

Orders are delivered at your convenience. The delivery time can be selected in the cart during the order placement. Deliveries can take place during working hours (from 08:00 to 20:00), as well as in shorter time intervals (from 09:00 to 12:00, from 12:00 to 15:00, from 15:00 to 18:00, from 18:00 to 20:00). An additional fee is required for early morning non-working hours (from 06:00 to 08:00) and evening non-working hours (from 20:00 to 22:00). Orders for the same day are accepted until 19:00 of the current day. 

For expedited delivery, an additional payment is required, and on the day of placing the order, we recommend making the payment as soon as possible.

Step 2: Bouquet Preparation

Once the order is placed and paid for, our professional team starts preparing the bouquet. We carefully select fresh and high-quality flowers, and then skillfully create the arrangement, paying attention to every detail.

Step 3: Order Assembly

Before the moment of delivery, we assemble the order, ensuring that it meets all your wishes. We monitor every floral detail and additional elements to ensure your order is perfect.Upon request, we can send a photo of the completed bouquet/arrangement for approval.

Step 4: Delivery

The delivery process begins with carefully preparing the bouquet for transportation. We guarantee that the flowers will be protected and will maintain their freshness during transportation. Our experienced couriers know how to handle bouquets to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Please note that in case the recipient is absent at the specified address and time, after waiting for 15 minutes, the courier has the right to hand over the order to a trusted person (relative, neighbor, administrator, porter, etc.), if the courier deems it possible. 

If we are unable to contact you for additional delivery information and it's not possible to pass the bouquet to another person at the specified address, the bouquet will be returned to the office by the courier to clarify the situation. Repeat delivery of the order requires an additional fee. If the client refuses a repeat delivery, the cost of the order is not refunded as the company has incurred expenses.

Step 5: Quality Monitoring
